KRIS S.

Kris S. Our Union:
Members need to realize they are the Union (POWER). Go to meetings to express themselves rather than complaining.

Good and bad about the job:
Meeting people. Doing my job…bad? The company fostering it's employees to be less than truthful.

The traffic:
BAD!

Likes and dislikes:
Passengers that acknowledge me when I say "good morning"…dislikes - being treated like a machine.

The best thing:
Being able to work hours that allow me time with family.

The worst thing:
Rude and obnoxious people.

My job in the scheme of things:
I love my job!

A message to Translink riders:
Welcome aboard! Have respect for elders and disabled passengers; move and let them have a seat!

What my job involves:
Care and safety of my passengers and those around me.

Dealing with the public:
It's really nice to hear "Thank you".

The value of Translink:
Drivers - Priceless, Management - Worthless.

Hobbies:
Family - Grandchildren - Leather crafting - Wood working.
